Chocolate eclair cake


Mmmmm - yummy!!!

To make this, you:
- make two small boxes of pudding (vanilla or cheesecake is nice) according to directions, and fold in a tub of Cool Whip
- Layer a 9x13 pan with a layer of graham crackers
- Spread half of the pudding/whipped cream mixture over the graham crackers
- Make another layer of graham crackers
- Spread the remaining pudding mixture
- Yet another layer of graham crackers
- Spread chocolate cake frosting on top (I like to melt mine a bit and pour it.)
Be sure to refrigerate it a bit to set it before eating. Soooooo good! (:
