I can't believe Spencer is already registered for Kindergarten this Fall. Time flies so fast! He sure is ready, though. He's very excited to start, and only the lure of swimming this summer was enough to counter his disappointment that he wasn't starting already!
When we went in to fill out Spencer's paperwork, we saw Colin walking past with his class and caught a picture of him in the hall.
Not very many days after that, we went to a PTA program where the Kindergarten was performing several songs they'd learned. Colin was the cat from "There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly," and did a great job with it.
We got to take a picture of Colin with his teacher, Mrs. Deatherage, and of his place at his table. He's had a wonderful experience this year in school, learning and making new friends, and he's looking forward to First Grade in the Fall.
