Last weekend our friends, the Billings family from Houston, came to visit us. We were happy to see Rex, Anne, Leah, Alex & Brenna again since it had been almost a year. There's a special exhibit currently showing at the Fort Worth Science Museum called "Star Wars: Where Science Meets Imagination" which we all went to visit last Saturday.
This is me (Greg) with Spencer, Leah, Alex and Colin outside the museum showing everyone how excited we were.
Inside the exhibit were all sorts of props, models, and costumes from all the Star Wars movies. Here's Spencer in front of the Hoth snow beast (Wampa).
Along with all the movie props were a lot of hands-on science experiments showing how certain ideas from Star Wars could be achieved through our current technology. Here's Rex riding on a hover-cart.
And if you read my previous post, here's Colin attempting to teach Alex (who is 4) how to play Yu-Gi-Oh.
