Goodbye, Cupcake

Our kitten that we got for Christmas - well, not a kitten anymore, but still less than a year old - suddenly got very sick and died today. The kids are devastated. I explained and comforted as best as I could, but they're still grieving. When they couldn't sleep tonight, I sat up with them for a while and wrote pages and pages of things they remembered about the cat. I'm going to make a mini album this week of the things they said along with pictures of her, to help them remember her.

Goodbye, kitty. We'll miss you.
