Easter gathering at our home

We had a great Easter! We were so thrilled to have my parents and my brother Clark and family over for Easter dinner (which was super-tasty!), and then later my sister Becca and family joined us, too. It was a blast!

Here are the cousins, all ready for their egg hunt. We had it inside, because of chilly weather. To make it more difficult, we numbered the eggs, and they had to find only their numbers.

I think it was Sandi who hid these eggs on my dad. Very visible, but funny!

Here's Spencer checking the eggs on Grandpa. He had to be directed back again, since he missed his number the first time or two.

Greg also had several eggs placed about his person. Here's Colin finding one.

Lisa and Justin high on the thrill of the hunt - or maybe on sugar!

There were eggs hidden on the table, still full of Easter dinner. Here's Brandon hunting through the mess:

And a really nice closeup of Aaron:

Clark and Sandi being all cute and snuggly:

The Johnsons came later, and Chris and Barbie got to have their own egg hunt, which the younger cousins hid for them. The younger kids really look up to their older cousins, and loved playing with (pestering) them. Here they are with Sandi - Chris (when did he GET so tall?!?!), Becca (sorry about your eyes being closed, babe, but this is the picture I have), Jon, and Barbie.

Clark and Sandi's family had to leave and get home because it was a school night, but we talked the Johnsons into staying and playing Rock Band with us. It was fun to watch. Jon is a professional drummer, so of course he kicked all kinds of butt with the game.

And just to make this long post a little longer, here's Spot having her own Easter celebration, as she and Catalina were sequestered in our room while everyone allergic to cats was here.

Wow. I didn't realize you had so much family come for the holiday. It looks like Easter was a hit. The kitties even got in on the fun. I'm glad you stayed busy while I was away :). I also really like to comment now, lucky you!
