Just one more month until Jaden is a year old! He is such a delight to be around (even though he's gotten a lot clingier over the past couple of weeks - hopefully a short phase!). He has learned lots of new sounds and some recognizable words, and he's started blowing kisses. He has a very playful personality and we frequently see a mischievous glint in his eye.
Jaden loves all things with buttons, and we can't seem to keep him away from our computer and mouse (I'm fending him off while writing this - no wonder I don't blog much anymore!). Along with all his exploring and opening and getting into things, he has started climbing more and more - what used to be our barricade to block our TV has become his stairs to get to it!
His walking is improving, though it cracks me up every time because he walks with both arms up in the air (he looks like a little monkey):
We took him today for his THIRD haircut, which is just crazy - we're not used to kids with this much hair! He enjoyed sitting in the little car and holding on to the wheel, though he wasn't too keen on the concept of sitting still.
Next up: long road trip. We'll see how that goes (wish us luck)! We love our little munchkin!
