The last day we were in Utah, I drove up to Brigham City (by myself - I didn't want to subject my kids to four hours in the car when we'd be driving all the next day) to visit with my Great-Aunt Joyce Elzinga and her husband Charles. My mom drove down from Logan to visit with me. Joyce is my paternal grandmother's older sister (phew!), but also used to live in Logan in my mom's ward, so the two families know each other pretty well. It was neat to visit her and hear stories about my grandma Barbara and my great-grandparents as well.
